The David Tanner Team is the top producing team for ParkLand International Realty. The team’s practice and knowledge includes all aspects of residential and commercial real estate. In the past three years we have represented three major real estate developers in new home sales and condo projects with revenues in excess of 240 million dollars. The team has a combined experience of twenty years in the Central Florida real estate market. We are board certified with the Mid Florida Regional MLS, New Smyrna Beach Florida MLS, Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. The group is made up of four real estate agents and one real estate marketing assistant. All four team members are native to Orlando, Florida giving us an expert edge on geographical and demographical knowledge of our home town. David Tanner is the team leader with extensive experience and expertise in all facets of residential and commercial real estate. He attended the University of Central Florida where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in 1996. He is married with two children. Dan Gentry is the second senior agent in the group with a varied legal, accounting background with over eighteen years experience with the law firm of GrayRobinson, P.A. He has considerable experience in real estate, handling all aspects of the sale and purchase of residential properties. Brian Campbell specializes in representing clients in connection with residential sales and property management. He has lived in Central Florida for over 35 years and excells in walking his clients through every aspect of selling and investing. Mary Ellen Mancini is the first female agent of the group with experience in all aspects of residential real estate. She has been successful in handling transactions, representing both property owners and prospective buyers. She attended the University of Central Florida where she received her bachelors of Arts degree in 1998. She is married with three children.
